External Rotation, Active shoulders and Squat Therapy

Snatch off low blocks (7×1 @ 60%)

Set box just below knee

Sotts Press (3×8 at light weight)

Dips (3x ME Stationary Dips)

Banded Torso Rotations (3×8 on each side)
