CrossFit BattleCry – Kettlebell Club

Warm-up

10 min TLC (No Measure)

Take this time to carefully work on anything that needs a little more tlc than usual. If you need assitance please ask a coach.

Shoulder warm up (kb) (No Measure)

30 push ups

3x 30 plank taps

3x 10 sec arm bar stretch ea. arm

5 point band sequence

Skill evaluation & review (No Measure)

All skills will be reviewed and evaluated to ensure integrity of the movement throughout the workout.

Metcon

5 minutes max unbroken Kettlebell Snatches (AMRAP – Reps)

5 minutes to complete as many unbroken reps of kettlebell snatches as possible. Only one transition from one hand to the other is allowed. Kettlebell can not be put down during the transition or time is up and reps are calculated.

RX 24kg/16kg
We will be completing this in pairs of two, one member + one coach. You will be scored and no repped accordingly. Be sure to use a kb that will allow you to meet your goal.
