Our CrossFit program is aimed at getting you into the best shape of your life. We focus on developing safe movement habits and learning how to build on a solid foundation. We love to work with athletes and folks who just want to be stronger, faster and healthier. Classes are 1 hour in duration including warm up, skill/strength work, conditioning and cool down.
Weightlifting is a cornerstone of CrossFit and we believe that progress in this discipline requires a dedication to the lifts in a way that focuses on perfect execution and consistent hard work. Our Weightlifting program provides a 3 day per week regimen aimed at developing proficiency in the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Our members enjoy practicing their lifts and honing their skills because they see the positive results it produces and carries over into other aspects of their fitness. Although we do not have dedicated weightlifting classes our coaches will assist you and supervise your training if you follow the program during class times.
Our boot camp classes are high energy fat burning sessions that combine bodyweight exercises with light weighted movements to get you looking and feeling strong.
24 Hour Power is our answer to crazy work schedules and a busy life. We want to make sure you have the time and the facilities to pursue your fitness goals when you need them the most. Our gym is open 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. If you can’t make it to one of our classes or if you simply need more time to work out we want you to have a place to go that still gives you all the benefits of a CrossFit Box. Our open floor plan, variety of equipment and focused environment are sure to help you achieve your goals.
Cyber Strong is a virtual gym membership that allows you to follow a professionally written program, have access to a video library of exercises with tips and points of performance, an online training journal to log your progress, and a leaderboard to interact with other members following the program. This is designed for those individuals who have a basic set of equipment and just want a program to follow, have a way of keeping track of their fitness in a community of fitness loving people like themselves
Fitness challenges can be very misleading so we came up with a challenge that reflects what we believe to be the most important part of long term success. The Focus Challenge is a monthly check up that helps our members stay on track and keep their objectives in sight. Every 1st of the month members who choose to participate will set a goal for that month. The goals are then posted on a goal board and the work to achieve that goal is set to follow. This program aims to encourage consistency, accountability and an understanding of what effective goal setting looks like.
